Great location, it was about 10mins maximum walk from city centre. The rooms were clean and very spacious rooms, extremely comfortable beds. We arrived early hoping to just put our luggage in storage until check in but they were able to give us our room straight away which was much appreciated. The rooms are great size, plenty of room for 2 people and the beds were larger than average single size. Had tea and coffee making facilities in the room, plenty of light and mirrors. The curtains were black out so could get a nice sleep without the sun waking you up. We didn’t spend much time in the room but it was nice to have such a clean relaxing space to go back to after a full day exploring. Even had English tv channels which I never usually find abroad only news channels so that was good. Yes one of the lifts was out of order but did it impact my stay? No not at all. I never waited more than a few minutes going up and I walked down if the lift wasn’t there, and they can’t help that the lift is broken!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. Firstly, the location is absolutely fantastic. The hotel is situated just a 2-minute walk from the nearest public transport and a mere 7-8 minute walk from the Central station. This made exploring the city a breeze. The front desk staff, particularly Giulia, deserve special mention. She was incredibly polite, helpful, and took the time to understand my travel needs for the city. Her recommendations were spot on, and I appreciated her warm and welcoming demeanor. The rooms were of a decent size, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. I slept soundly every night, which is a testament to the hotel's attention to detail. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers. Its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding staff make it an ideal choice for anyone visiting the city.

Perfect location short walk into town and central station. Quiet and safe area of the city. Beautiful hotel. Super friendly, helpful and professional staff. Rooms were very clean, housekeeping were lovely and accommodating. We paid for a upper room floor room which had a beautiful view of the marina. Room was spacious. Shower and a bath in the room was great. Water pressure was amazing. Pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. Staff left us a cute note and gift upon arrival for our anniversary which was a very lovely and much appreciated touch. I will most definitely recommend staying at the hotel to couples, friends, family and any professionals for a trip to the city. Ideal for all types of travelers. Such an ideal place to be for the week. I will most definitely be looking to stay again next time I am in Amsterdam. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Upon arrival i had arranged balloons, a cake and wine. The team left a lovely birthday wish too, great start! Room size was good for a family. Bathroom clean and coffee / tea making facilities but no tea bags. The room had the option of daily cleaning, I had to call three times for x1 set of towels as they didn't leave enough on day 3 but all good in the end. half way through the stay our fridge stopped working, we called reception but the maintenance didn't arrive until 10 mins before we checked out. They did bring wine glasses and an ice bucket instead though.

Modern design and stylish decor. Room was spacious, clean, and offered stunning views of the harbor. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Very very friendly staff, they are always ready to assist. Major plus—conveniently close to the central station, city center, yet peacefully situated.
